　　一. 投訴信的結(jié)構(gòu)

　　(1)開頭：自我介紹，交代投訴內(nèi)容，表明本信的目的和要求。

　　(2)正文：說明情況，講清利害，分析利弊。告訴對方你因此受到的傷害或不便，提出解決問題的建議，表明希望如何處理。

　　(3)結(jié)尾：表達(dá)希望問題得到迅速恰當(dāng)解決的強(qiáng)烈愿望，希望盡快得到滿意的答復(fù)。

　　二. 投訴信經(jīng)典句型歸納

　　(1)It is a great pity that we find there is something wrong with… 令人非常遺憾的是我們發(fā)現(xiàn)……有問題。

　　(2)Would you please let me know whether or not you can…as soon as possible? 你們是否可以告知我能不能盡快……

　　(3)I hope that my problem will get your kind consideration。我希望您能考慮一下我的問題。

　　(4)I am sure there are technical or manmade errors involved.我確信出現(xiàn)了技術(shù)或人為的錯誤。

　　(5)l hope you can make an investigation into this matter as soon as possible.我希望你們能盡快調(diào)查此事。

　　(6)I hope I can get my refund as soon as possible.我希望能盡快收到退款。

　　(7)I am writing to make a complaint about… 我寫信是為了投訴……

　　(8)If it is not properly settled，I would ask you to give my money back, or I would complain to the concerned authorities. 如果此事不能妥善解決，我將要求退還支付款項，或者向有關(guān)部門投訴。

　　(9)One annoying aspect of your service is… 你們的服務(wù)項目中一個令人不滿的地方是……

　　(10)I have been pleased with your services for years，but now I feel very disappointed. 多年來我一直很滿意你們的服務(wù)，但現(xiàn)在我非常失望。

　　(11)I would like to draw your attention to the problem/fault… 我想讓您知道這個問題/錯誤……

　　(12)I am writing to inform you that I find…unsatisfactory. 我寫信是為了告訴你，我發(fā)現(xiàn)……令人非常不滿意。

　　(13)I wish to express my dissatisfaction/disappointment about… 我想表達(dá)我對……的不滿/失望。

　　(14)It would be highly appreciated if you could… 如果你能……我將萬分感謝。

　　(15)I trust you will take my complaints seriously and… 我相信你會認(rèn)真對待我的投訴，并且……

　　三.投訴信參考范文：

　　Directions:

　　You live in a room in college which you share with another student. You find it very difficult to work there because your roommate always has friends visiting. He/She has parties in the room and sometimes borrows your things without asking you.

　　Write a letter to the Accommodation Officer at the college and:

　　1) ask for a new room next term,

　　2) you would prefer a single room,

　　3) explain your reasons.

　　Don’t sign your own name at the end of your letter, using“Li Ming”instead.

　　Dear Sir or Madam,

　　I am writing to express/air dissatisfaction/disappointment/concern regarding accommodation. I would prefer to move into a single room next semester, as I find the present sharing arrangement inconvenient.

　　I must explain that the reason for my dissatisfaction is my roommate’s inconsiderate behavior. For one thing, his friends are constantly visiting him; for another, he regularly holds noisy parties.

　　To solve this difficulty/surmount this difficulty/improve this situation/crack this hard nut, I hope to draw the attention of the authorities concerned. I am sure you will agree that the only solution for me is to move into a room of my own. Therefore, I would be grateful if you could find a single room for me, preferably not in the same building but as near to the college campus as possible.
