2.邀請(qǐng)信一般分為正式和非正式兩種。熟悉的朋友之間可采用非正式的形式，即正文用第一人稱寫，稱呼也可以隨便一些。寫邀請(qǐng)信時(shí)要做到語(yǔ)言樸實(shí)，態(tài)度熱情，要說(shuō)明邀請(qǐng)的原因、活動(dòng)地點(diǎn)和時(shí)間。用詞要清晰明了;信函內(nèi)容應(yīng)簡(jiǎn)短，不要使用太多描繪性語(yǔ)言。如果要求被邀請(qǐng)者答復(fù)，則要在信上注明“RSVP” (“請(qǐng)答復(fù)” )或“Please reply”。被邀請(qǐng)人在收到信后應(yīng)立即答復(fù)。

　　如果接受，應(yīng)先表示感謝和被邀請(qǐng)的喜悅心情，而且需要重復(fù)寫明出席的時(shí)間和地點(diǎn)。如果謝絕，除了表示謝意之外，還需要表達(dá)失望或遺憾之感，然后具體說(shuō)明不能履約的原因。邀請(qǐng)信及其回復(fù)的常用句型：

　　3.祝賀信是表示慶祝的書信。在西方風(fēng)俗習(xí)慣中，遇到重大的節(jié)假日，比如新年、圣誕節(jié)、生日等以及親朋好友之間遇到了什么喜事都應(yīng)寫信致以問(wèn)候或贈(zèng)送禮品。賀信的寫作要注意主題明確，中心突出，情感真摯但切記不要言過(guò)其實(shí)，評(píng)價(jià)要恰當(dāng)，要表現(xiàn)出真誠(chéng)的喜悅和祝賀。另外，代表單位的賀信應(yīng)較為正式，措詞要嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)、謙恭。祝賀信常用語(yǔ)：
