【解題步驟】

　　第一步：快速瀏覽各題選項(xiàng)，注意相同或相關(guān)詞語(yǔ)的重復(fù)出現(xiàn)，推測(cè)對(duì)話主題。

　　預(yù)覽三道題各選項(xiàng)，由19題可以推測(cè)對(duì)話與公司刊登招聘廣告或應(yīng)聘工作有關(guān)，而20題則表明對(duì)話中還涉及到對(duì)所招聘人員的要求。

　　第二步：按照題目順序，推測(cè)問(wèn)題類型及內(nèi)容，確定聽(tīng)音時(shí)需要關(guān)注的主要信息點(diǎn)。

　　19題選項(xiàng)均為不定式短語(yǔ)，故問(wèn)題很可能與某種行為有關(guān)。[ A ]、[ C ]是關(guān)于招聘工作(interview, advertise)，[ B ]、[ D]則是關(guān)于申請(qǐng)工作(fill, apply for)，故聽(tīng)音時(shí)應(yīng)首先搞清對(duì)話是關(guān)于招聘還是應(yīng)聘，然后注意抓取選項(xiàng)中出現(xiàn)的關(guān)鍵詞。

　　20題選項(xiàng)均為具有不同特點(diǎn)的人才，故可推知本題考查的是對(duì)于招聘人員的要求。因此，聽(tīng)音時(shí)應(yīng)重點(diǎn)關(guān)注對(duì)人才要求的描述，并留意選項(xiàng)中的關(guān)鍵詞語(yǔ)：hard working ,ambitious, good at managing his time , working experience等。

　　21題選項(xiàng)均是對(duì)某事物的評(píng)價(jià)，而根據(jù)specified(具體)和be met(得到滿足)以及對(duì)對(duì)話主題的猜測(cè)，可推測(cè)本題很可能是考查對(duì)招聘要求的評(píng)價(jià)或看法。故聽(tīng)音時(shí)應(yīng)注意那些帶評(píng)論性質(zhì)的詞語(yǔ)或句子。

　　第三步：集中精力聽(tīng)對(duì)話，抓取關(guān)鍵點(diǎn)必要時(shí)做適當(dāng)筆記。
