　　How about a rain check? *rain check指“(比賽、活動(dòng)等)因雨天改期再賽時(shí)作為入場(chǎng)券的原票票根”。由因雨天中止或延期比賽而發(fā)給觀眾“rain check”引申為被邀請(qǐng)者因故不能接受邀請(qǐng)，而邀請(qǐng)繼續(xù)有效的意思，“以后方便的時(shí)間”、“下次還有機(jī)會(huì)”。
