　　1.表示某事物的成立，需用被動語態(tài);“原名京師大學堂”即最初的名字，可譯為and its original name was...;也可與前面句子共用主語Peking University，譯為was originallyknown as...，但這兩種處理方法都不如將其處理為過去分詞短語originally known as...來得簡潔地道。
