What’s more, companies attach great importance to higher educational degree. As a consequence, the majority of the graduates choose to pursue a higher degree before beginning a career. Last but not at least, lack of social experience may concern the graduates a lot.

　　As far as I am concerned, since these challenges can greatly affect the career of graduates, addressing the challenges is our priority. Graduates and the whole society should take action to overcome these difficulties.
