    在新四級(jí)寫(xiě)作部分06年6月24日和12月連續(xù)考了兩次論說(shuō)文之后，07年6月23日再次考到了應(yīng)用文之一：告示類應(yīng)用文。這是自06年6月17日老四級(jí)最后一次考試之后第二次考到告示。在北京新東方學(xué)校四級(jí)寫(xiě)作和考研寫(xiě)作課堂上，我都詳細(xì)講解了告示類應(yīng)用文的寫(xiě)作方法和注意事項(xiàng)，并且推薦了一篇經(jīng)典范文希望大家背誦。6月16日，我的博客上貼出了07年6月四級(jí)寫(xiě)作十大必背范文的最后兩篇，最后一篇就是一個(gè)告示（比賽通告）。只要大家認(rèn)真聽(tīng)課或者背過(guò)這篇告示，今年的考題會(huì)比較好寫(xiě)。

    值得注意的是，自2001年6月至2007年6月的六年之中，四級(jí)共有15次考試，其中9次考到了應(yīng)用文，包括5封書(shū)信（3封嚴(yán)格意義上的書(shū)信、2篇書(shū)信的變體），2篇致辭和2篇告示。應(yīng)用文的考題占到了四級(jí)寫(xiě)作題目的60％。2004年大學(xué)英語(yǔ)考試委員會(huì)明確聲明：“以后的國(guó)內(nèi)英語(yǔ)考試（包括四、六級(jí)、考研）側(cè)重考查考生英語(yǔ)的實(shí)際運(yùn)用能力”。應(yīng)用文作為四、六級(jí)、考研的重點(diǎn)題型，希望大家引起高度重視。

    2006年1月出版的《大學(xué)英語(yǔ)四級(jí)考試大綱》明確強(qiáng)調(diào)寫(xiě)作格式，格式寫(xiě)作將會(huì)扣分。告示的寫(xiě)作格式與書(shū)信不同。書(shū)信講究稱呼、正文、落款三種格式，而告示則包括標(biāo)題、日期、正文、署名四種格式。

    書(shū)信一般不寫(xiě)標(biāo)題，告示必須寫(xiě)在首行正中央寫(xiě)上標(biāo)題，今年標(biāo)題已經(jīng)給出：“Welcome to Our Club”。

    書(shū)信一般無(wú)需寫(xiě)日期，告示最好寫(xiě)上（如果正文中交代清楚，不寫(xiě)亦可），寫(xiě)作標(biāo)題右下方，不要空行。

    告示的正文可寫(xiě)1－3段，針對(duì)四級(jí)寫(xiě)作三點(diǎn)提綱的特點(diǎn)，最好寫(xiě)成三段，每點(diǎn)提綱各寫(xiě)一段、詳細(xì)展開(kāi)即可。書(shū)信中開(kāi)頭結(jié)尾的套句如自我介紹、寫(xiě)作目的、表示感謝、期待回信等等，在告示中不能使用。告示的正文時(shí)態(tài)以現(xiàn)在時(shí)和將來(lái)時(shí)為主。

    書(shū)信的落款是個(gè)人，但告示的署名可以是個(gè)人或單位，針對(duì)考題，應(yīng)寫(xiě)為單位：某個(gè)社團(tuán)，應(yīng)寫(xiě)在答題卡中間偏右的位置。

    另外，四級(jí)寫(xiě)作最好采用縮進(jìn)式，段間不空行，每段首行縮進(jìn)4－5個(gè)字母并對(duì)齊。

    The Speech Club is organizing school-wide speech training and contests to be held on each Saturday at the Students’Recreational Center. Five prestigious experts and professors will be invited to be speech lecturers and contest judges. For each speech contest, the first six winners will be given awards.

    Attending our club has substantial advantages. Firstly, it can improve your ability to deliver a speech which is of utmost significance to your future career and development. Secondly, it can help you to possess self-confidence, enrich your extra curricula activities and make your campus life dimensional, colorful and vigorous. To sum up, the experiences in our club will be extraordinarily unforgettable throughout your life.

    Students who are interested in taking part in it may sign up with the monitor of their classes before Tuesday next week (June 26). Everybody is welcome to attend our club.
